Drawing insights from the market, we began our foray into selling computers and peripherals. With the backing of Godrej Tech Pacific - an IT distribution company dealing with most leading IT brands, YOUDAN grew from strength to strength.
With the arrival of CANON in India Youdan picked up the sole distributorship rights; backed by service and support for the company in Andhra Pradesh.
With YOUDAN's keen understanding of where the market was heading, we opened Hyderabad's largest retail store for computers and peripherals, which to this day stands as a landmark on the tapestry of the city's tryst with technology.
Our head start in the technology domain was followed quickly by partnerships with global giants in technology, with the likes of, HP, Compaq, Sony, Samsung, Canon, Toshiba, Sharp, Epson, and Microsoft to name a few. Our premier partner status with these brands meant our customers enjoyed our commitment to after sales support, which became one of the core building blocks of our organization.
This year marked a decade of the world wide web being made available and accessible for India.
